REFUND POLICY

Our goal is to make sure all of our customers are 100% satisfied. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the order date for a full refund.

Our standard return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, we typically cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Once we receive your return, we will send you an email confirming receipt and notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds (IF APPLICABLE)

Refunds can take some time to reflect in your account. If you haven’t received your refund within two weeks, please contact us at email.

Exchanges (IF APPLICABLE)

We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged and the request is made within 30 days.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.

Upon request, we may provide a prepaid return shipping label and deduct the cost from your refund.

Shipping times may vary based on your location.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt 

of your returned item.
